Customer Reviews

We've used Back 2 Basics Carpet Cleaning for many years now and expect to use them for many more. This is down to the cheerful, efficient and thorough service they give. Andy who heads up the company has always ensured they'll work around any of our arrangements and if needed they'll be there as quickly as possible, such as when they helped us out tremendously when we found ourselves flooded. I've no hesitation in recommending Back 2 Basics Carpet Cleaning then and I'm sure I'm not alone in this respect!

Just had this fantastic Gent round to do my Hall, Stairs and Landing The difference is night and day With two Labradors and a home business the carpet gets grubby but you really could see the difference before and after Highly recommended

One MAHOOSIVE recommendation coming from me for Back 2 Basics Carpet Cleaning. Andy is a fantastic bloke, and honest about what can be done. Instead of saying "Yes, we can remove all stains" He said "we may not be able to remove every stain, depending on what it is and how long it's been there"... Honesty is definitely the best policy, as I was not expecting the impossible and therefore I wasn't disappointed. A great job, a great bloke, a great service.
